Utilise your Natural Assets to Change for Good

“I trust Tessa, I value her opinion and I have no question about her integrity… I would highly recommend her… for all of the above and for her skill of getting to the point, getting to the core of what needs to be done. In a team situation, she is a brilliant facilitator… Tessa always manages to facilitate respectfully whilst bringing things out of people and getting them to talk – she creates a safe environment for people to do that and encourages a holistic approach, thinking outside of the square to get the best outcomes”    2007

Ali Kemp, Te Korowai Hauora o Hauraki – Kaupapa Maori Mental Health Services

“Tessa is one who has the strength of will and the courage to bring the best out of people and of situations; to protect and cherish the ones left bruised and neglected; to give them a voice that can be heard and can make a difference; to create space for others to listen and to facilitate change.”
